🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Missing/Damaged Items
To ensure transparency, we require customers to record a complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) at the time of opening the package.

Any missing or damaged product complaint will be considered valid only if reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.

Complaints without this video proof will not be entertained under any circumstance.
🚚 Shipping & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

In case of Return-to-Origin (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address provided by the customer, the package will be eligible for a refund only after we receive the returned parcel, and a processing time of 48 hours will apply. Shipping amount will not be refunded.

Refunds for RTO parcels will be credited to your original payment method after deducting applicable shipping charges.

🌍 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship Pan India only and do not offer international delivery at this time.
💸 No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods at checkout.
