Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and stock verification. During sale periods, festive demand, restocks or courier restrictions, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared through the available customer communication channels. Tracking may take some time to become active after pickup by the courier partner.

Courier partners are assigned based on serviceability and operational fit. If a preferred courier is mentioned by the customer, we will try to consider it where possible, but final assignment depends on availability and feasibility.
