Ingredient: Anhydrous Ethanol, Organic Weak Bas, Cellulose.

How To Use:

1. Apply white color gel and cure it.

2. Apply SHILLS Metallic Blooming ink Draw the desired blooming or marble pattern. (naturally dry)

3. If the color is too dark for you, you can dilute it with a transparent color.

4. Apply the top coat and finish.
